Social Development Department Minister Sisisi Tolashe has pledged her assistance and commitment to improving South African Social Security Company (SASSA) services in the course of an engagement with all the company's senior administrators in a strategic organizing session in Cape Town.
Tolashe on Tuesday expressed her heartfelt congratulations to the various social grant beneficiaries, who excelled within the 2024 matric final exams.
Of your 724 156 full-time learners who registered for the National Senior Certificate (NSC), 572 338 are social grant beneficiaries, representing 81% of your registered pupils in the education and learning sector.
These learners attained a commendable pass rate of 86%.
